Open-ear audio built into eyewear. The hard problem: fitting an acoustic chamber and battery into a temple thin enough to read as glasses, not hardware — without leaking sound or pinching at the hinge. Every surface had to do double duty: structure, antenna clearance, and heat path, all inside a frame nobody should notice.

Dozens of foam iterations and a percentile spread of hand and body scans stood behind the final surface, each pass shaving the tolerance stack down to something a single tool could hold.
